Credit Card Policy and Handling
Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment of the products and/or
arrangments for services, not at the time of the purchase request.
When submitted, credit card information is processed through our
internal application and is transmitted via secured internet connection
to our credit card processor. On its way through our application, we
securely store the credit card information in order to process your
payment.
We do this in case a customer later decides to upgrade their shipping
method and needs to have their card charged for the additional amount.
It is also done in case a customer wants to place another order in the
future through email, they only have to give their billing and shipping
information and the last 4 digits of their card along with the
expiration date to place their order. With email orders done like this,
we will only process the order if the billing address and shipping
address are matching and that the billing address matches our previous
records on the customer and if the last 4 digits of the card and
expiration date matches our records. All amounts are pre-approved by
the customer.
